How to Make My Sole


One of the best fish for me; it's a great meal simple exquisite and easy , sole fish has flavor on its own. Salt pepper then you are done , it's get super flaky and when pan fires it creates this thin crust in it of spices. 



Generally it goes with almost everything will thats what I think anyway, perhaps others may think differently. But it's super easy to make and makes a tasty meal, the health benefits are amazing too and it's so inexpensive. 


One can get it ready cleaned or from a fish market, it's easy to clean and cook, sole works well with salads and also potatoes. , just a glass of wine, fries with the old school source " lemon butter" and a sprinkle of chopped parsley , lemon wedges then you good to go. 


Sole doesn't have to always be pan fired, oven baked works well with it, and it's takes time of your hands todo other things, try keep it clean a simple , all in one pot "Baking Tray " vegetables and all then you are ready to enjoy in just under a few mins. 

it’s baked in a buttery lime sauce with capers and green onions.


Grilled Sole has an amazing taste , the charred flavor makes the fish have a burst of flavor and I'm just giving you some ideas on how to play around with it, it works well with purées and couscous.
  

    Olive Salasa and Cherry Tomatoes


A good friend of mine IG : @house__of__vee_ loves it with just a olives and tomatoes salad , light fast and easy to make. It's takes the pain of wanting it from a restaurant style when you can make it like that yourself. 

Rich in Vitamins and Minerals
Sole and flounder are good sources of B vitamins, magnesium and phosphorus. You need B vitamins to help turn the food you eat into energy. B vitamins are also necessary for the production of red blood cells. Magnesium is a mineral that also helps in energy production, and is also needed to make protein and aid in blood sugar and blood pressure control. Phosphorus is important for healthy teeth and bones.
