                                    How to Make My Sole One of the best fish for me; it's a great meal simple exquisite and easy , sole fish has flavor on its own. Salt pepper then you are done , it's get super flaky and when pan fires it creates this thin crust in it of spices.   Generally it goes with almost everything will thats what I think anyway, perhaps others may think differently. But it's super easy to make and makes a tasty meal, the health benefits are amazing too and it's so inexpensive.   One can get it ready cleaned or from a fish market, it's easy to clean and cook, sole works well with salads and also potatoes. , just a glass of wine, fries with the old school source " lemon butter" and a sprinkle of chopped parsley , lemon wedges then you good to go.   Sole doesn't have to always be pan fired, oven baked works well with it, and it's takes time of your hands todo other things, try keep it clean
