Wrap it

                                          MAKE IT, WRAP IT, EAT IT  A wrap is a variation of a sandwich, a sandwich has two distinct layers which are the top and bottom pieces of bread. A wrap, on the other hand, is one piece that completely surrounds the content of the wrap. A wrap is a type of sandwich alternative made with a soft flatbread rolled around a filling. The usual flatbreads are wheat-flour tortillas, lavash, or pita, the filling usually consists of cold sliced meat, poultry, or fish accompanied by shredded lettuce , diced tomato or pic de Gallo,  guacamole, sautéed mushrooms, bacon sautéed onions, cheese, and a sauce, such as Ranch or honey mustard.  Tortillas   In Mexico and Central America, a  t ortilla  is a type of thin, unleavened flat Bread, made from finely ground maize / corn. In Guatemala and Mexico, there are three colors of maize dough for making tortillas white maize, yellow maize and blue maize or black maize.

   Left overs  that make a great meal  A great way to save money and have a good meal made out of what you have , with out having to drive to the store. All I can say is that you need to make a list from the foods that have been left over in your very own chiller. Sit and plan what you will make from the leftovers. In any household theres's always chicken, beef left or that potato salad left over from the party over the weekend.  Veggies  Firstly with veggies one can reuse the salads for vegetarian sandwiches, it's always good to balance it out. Like a rocket leaf salad with Chicken strip can be made in to a wrap , just add mayo or the any dip you have.  Use the dip as a foundation on the wrap bread add the mixed leaf with chicken strips add cheese (any choice of sources you like) roll it, tuck the two ends in. Cover with foil and warm up in the oven for 3-5 mints to melt the cheese and then enjoy.  Well you can still make salads out of the leftov
